BALLSYSTEM AT “CARROZZERIA SUMMIT 2021”

Today was held the Car Carrozzeria Summit 2021, now in its second edition and held live online on Car Carrozzeria’s social channels. Ballsystem took part in this edition as Silver Sponsor, always careful to support initiatives and events that represent a moment of reflection and sharing between the players of the automotive repair and supply chain.

The protagonists of the event were in particular the body repairers, who had the opportunity to interact live with the speakers in a dynamic exchange of ideas on many topics, with a careful look at the future of the car and the body shop.

The event provides an important contribution on the trends and the future of the sector, addressing highly topical issues such as artificial intelligence, sustainability, learning machines, ADAS and electric propulsion.

At 10am, it was the turn of Fabio Marcucci (Sales Manager at Ballsystem Spa), who, together with Marco Mosaici (Director of Aftermarket Networks at Arval Italia) and Salvio Bruognolo (Owner of Auto Bruognolo), explored the topic of the AIRepair repair approach, with the advantages that Ballsystem’s “Paintless dent Repair” method brings to it.

This is how Fabio Marcucci describes the cold repair method and process integration in general: “The cold technique is no longer considered an alternative but represents a method that can be integrated in a high-performance and profitable way with other processes, generating value for the client. Having a perfect awareness of all the different techniques that can be used and how they can be integrated, also significantly improves the relationship between the different players in the sector, as they can only improve, perform and make more transparent the final result of the whole repair process”.

Marcucci then went on to reiterate the sharing of objectives and visions with Arval “In the Arval project we see the values that enhance the synergy between all the players in the supply chain, with a view and a futuristic development of the market in which we very much reflect”.

On training, one of the pillars of the Ballsystem approach “We have been in the training field for many years and the objective has always been to create an integrated circuit with mutual benefits for us and for those who adhere to our project. We have never been entrenched in our positions; on the contrary, we have always felt the need to share our know-how with a network that we have implemented over time. Our GreenPartner network, the greater the degree of affiliation to our network, means that there are outpost body shops of our meotodology thanks to the training that is done by our academy. Training to share and sharing to create and develop value for each other and for the end customer.
