New BS training closes with special guests

 

 

Another rich training session of the Ballsystem Academy has finished. Representatives of important network companies participated, including AUTOSERVICE LA RASPATA, MULTISERVICE CAR FUSTO and GRUPPO CASAL.

President Francesco Mottola, assisted by Andrea Giovanardi (Ballsystem Network Manager), did the honours on the opening day, with a long speech with participants in which he shared anecdotes, stories and perspectives from those who, for over 50 years, have been in the repair business: “You are not only here to learn a repair method or to repair machines that have been damaged by hail, but also and above all to share with us a point of view and a path that will lead us to be close, we hope, for many years, with the aim of making yourself, the realities you represent and by reflection Ballsystem grow”.

The participants, some of whom are now in their second week of training, performed cold repairs (Paintless Dent Repair method) with the Ballsystem method in the workshop under the direction of Flavio Iavarone (Ballsystem Academy Training Manager). On the second day, a particularly significant moment was held in the presence of Nicola Ielpo (Head of Customer Service & Partners B2B) and Romualdo De Rosa (Head of Customer Service B2C), who discussed with the students the theme of autorithy with a focus on damage prevention and customer management.

On Thursday, in the morning session, it was the turn of the partner Rupes, with Federico Giglietti (Technical Sales Manager Rupes) who provided the participants with a lot of valuable information about car polishing and the different polishing movements and cycles, a fundamental process in the repair process. In the evening of Thursday, Ballsystem, as Official Sponsor of AC Perugia, gave the participants a moment of entertainment by giving them the opportunity to watch the match against Reggina.

The last day, also particularly intense, saw the intervention of Domenico Tammaro from the company Italaservice of Cascina (PI), historical Ballsystem greenpartner, who spoke about his experience in the network and his growth thanks to the acquisition of the cold repair method: “I thank Ballsystem and the Mottola’s family because many years ago they supported and helped me to learn and believe in this repair method, which today covers a very substantial part of the repair processes in my company. For me It was essential to attend the sessions and I spent all my energies on training in this method day by day.

Special thanks for Domenico Tammaro’s special presence from Carlo Mottola (Ballsystem Technical Director and Academy): “Italservice is one of the highest expressions of our project of networking, affiliation and sharing of the Ballsystem Repair Method. It’s nice to see a greenpartner telling the route to representatives of other greenpartners, and my hope is that one day they can achieve the same results as Italservice, which today represents a reality of absolute level in the auto repair panorama”. Domenico Tammaro himself supervised the work of the last day with the evaluation at the end of the session.
