Roberto Sticca is the new CEO of Ballsystem

As announced, the recently concluded year has set in motion the levers of Ballsystem change and 2021 already reveals the first great revolutions: Francesco Mottola, historical leader of the company for over 30 years, confirms his role as president of Ballsystem S.p.A. and passes the baton of CEO to Roberto Sticca.

With a resume studded with successes including the latest experience as Chief Operating Officer at Alphabet Italia S.p.A. of the BMW Group, Roberto Sticca assumes the position of responsibility of Ballsystem S.p.A. and confirms the strategic path of growth and consolidation of operational excellence. In the preview released to Car Carrozzeria, the new CEO comments: “During my professional life I have had the opportunity to interact and operate with many multinational companies in the automotive sector, covering growing roles of responsibility and living significant experiences that have allowed me to knowing different approaches and points of view. This brought me to appreciate the right things and to reflect and learn from the wrong ones. For some time I have developed the desire to put this baggage at the disposal of an exciting entrepreneurial project and Ballsystem represents what I was looking for”.

With this important addition to the team, Ballsystem S.p.A. promises the world of car repair a massive territorial expansion in Italy and abroad, further developing the range of services and ensuring greater efficiency, competitiveness and transparency according to the Customer Centric vision that distinguishes it.
