Summer hailstorm? Here’s Ballsystem

Every year we wait for the warm season to start thinking about the sea, the holidays and to relaxing moments, but summer hides more surprises and unexpected events than any other season.

We have witnessed this in these days of fire and ice, in which the strong temperature range generate atmospheric conditions that have devastated Europe all: summer hail storms are almost impossible to prevent, but easy to sort out, if you choose the right team.

The Ballsystem method is the solution chosen by the major Italian and European players to manage large fleet,and car parks, by car manufacturers , rental companies and insurance companies to repair damaged and hailed upon cars. ‘ choosing Ballsystem means to rely on a fast and flexible “ logistic and human machine”, perfected in decades of activity, carried out by talented craftsmen trained to perform a state of art job on a large scale and to manage volumes that would dismay any competitor of ours’ continues Fiorenza. ‘ the Hail team, made up of teams specialized in hailstorm damage, moves promptly in Italy and Europe to fix the damage in record time, with the mobile workshops by the customers, coordinated by a logistic and IT infrastructure which monitors and traces in real time the advancing of the work.’
We ask Antonello Fiorenza what, in Ballsystem operativity, makes the difference for a private customer. ‘ Before ‘coaching’ was a word known in Italy, Ballsystem could already boast an Academy of technical training that in 2019 was accredited as a regional training centre; an institutional acknowledgment that makes us proud and thanks to that the end of course certificate issued to our panel beaters is legally valid throughout Europe. In a time when in our sector there is a rush to ‘the number of affiliates’, Ballsystem has structured organically a network of 440 Greenpartners trained and updated in the Academy every six months: this means for private customers they can entrust their car to the best experts of cold repair on the market.

You cannot talk about atmospheric events without thinking of global warming and the environmental issues. How does Ballsystem work in this respect, considering an industry like car repair that is often not very sensitive to the topic?
